The Cave Biome is a mysterious and sinister group of creatures in PokéRogue, featuring dark and dank cave environments. The Gym Leaders include Brock, Roxanne, and Roark, who each specialize in a different type of Pokémon, providing a variety of challenges. In Classic Mode and Daily Run, the Cave biome changes every 10 waves, while in Endless Mode, it changes randomly every one to four waves.

The next biome has a 50% chance of being the Lakes biome, offering an abundance of Water-type Pokémon and unique water environments, while the other 50% chance is the Badlands Biome, showing arid and desolate landscapes inhabited by a variety of Pokémon adapted to harsh environments.
