Laboratory Biome is a unique biome among PokéRogue’s 35 biomes, featuring mainly Steel, Psychc and Normal Pokémon. In this artificial environment, players can encounter a variety of mechanical and technological Pokémon, such as Magnemite, Magneton, and Klink. Weather conditions in the Laboratory Biome are relatively stable, and there are usually no special weather effects. In this biome of Pokerogue, you’ll meet Giovanni, the Gym Leader, for an intense battle experience. In Classic Mode and Daily Run, the biome changes after every 10 waves, while in Endless Mode, the biome switches randomly between waves 1 and 4.

Laboratory Biome can be accessed from Factory and Cave with a 50% chance. Prior to the patch update, players had a lower chance of accessing this biome if they didn’t have map props, making exploration more difficult. However, in the latest patch, the developers have added more path options that can be used to enter the Laboratory Biome, making it easier for players to reach this biome. Once the player has successfully entered the Laboratory Biome, the next step will be to fixate on the Construction Site Biome.
